Resume and CV builder
Fill in your details, experience, education and skills, then pick a template. The preview beside the form follows what you type. Download a PDF whose text is real text, in a single column, that applicant tracking systems (ATS) can read. It runs in your browser: your data and photo are not sent anywhere.

A section you switch off is left out of the PDF (what you typed stays in the form). The sections follow the usual order that ATS are used to.

How to use it
- Choose the language of the resume, the template and the colour (or press "Use sample data" to see how it looks).
- Fill in your details, summary, experience, education and skills. Switch off the sections you do not want. The preview beside the form follows what you type.
- Pick a type size and line spacing so it fits one or two pages.
- Press "Download PDF", and "Save the data as a file" to keep the data: next time open the file and carry on (or change the language and translate the text yourself).
How it is made readable by applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- The text is real text, not a picture of text. You can select, copy and search it in the PDF, and software can pull it out exactly as it looks.
- One column from top to bottom. Every template keeps the text in reading order: name, title, contact details, then the summary, experience, education, skills, languages, certifications and projects. There are no tables, text boxes or two columns, which some systems read in the wrong order.
- Standard headings such as "Work Experience", "Education" and "Skills" (in Thai: ประสบการณ์ทำงาน, การศึกษา, ทักษะ) that systems know how to group.
- Nothing important is in a picture. The photo is only decoration (and optional); your name and contact details are always text. The coloured bars and rules are decoration with no text in them.
- Dates as month and year (for example "Apr 2021 – Present"), easy for people and for systems.
- Sarabun is embedded in the file, and the Thai vowels and tone marks sit where they should.
Each ATS reads PDFs a little differently, so we cannot promise that every system will read everything. If a company asks for a Word file or for you to fill in its own form, do what it asks, and check that your name, email and phone number came through correctly after you upload.
Limits, and good to know
- What you type is not kept in the browser: close or reload the page and it is gone. Press "Save the data as a file (.json)" to keep it on your device, and open it again later with "Open a data file" (the file holds the photo you chose).
- There is no translation. For two languages, save the data, change the language of the resume and rewrite the text in the other language yourself (the headings and the months change by themselves).
- A character the font does not have, such as an emoji or a Chinese character, appears as "?" in the preview and in the PDF.
- Some programs that read text out of a PDF read the Thai vowel "ำ" as two characters (nikhahit and sara aa). The PDF carries the real text for programs that support it (Adobe Acrobat, Chrome, poppler) so they read "ำ" correctly.
- A resume longer than a page goes on to a new page without cutting a line in half, without leaving a heading alone at the foot of a page, and with the page number at the foot.
- A good resume does not have to be long: most people should keep to one or two pages, describe results in numbers and what changed, and check the spelling and the contact details before sending.
Your data never leaves your device
This tool runs entirely in your browser. What you type, the photo you choose and any data file you open stay on this page: nothing is uploaded to freesabai's servers or anyone else's, and nothing is kept in the browser, so it is all gone when you close the page. The site only counts how many times this page is opened and how many times a PDF is downloaded (never what you typed, a file name or any content), and you can switch the counting off at the bottom of the page (see the privacy policy).
