Spin the wheel
Put in names or choices and spin the wheel: pick who answers next, draw a winner on a live stream, or decide what to eat tonight. Go full screen and the wheel and the result fill the screen. It runs in your browser and your list is not sent anywhere.

The list is not kept in the browser and is gone when you close the page. To use it again, press "Save list" to keep a .txt file, then "Open file" next time.

How to use it
- Type entries in the box, one per line, or paste a column from Excel or Google Sheets or a list from a chat, or press "Open file" for a .txt or .csv file (the first column is used).
- Press "Spin", click the wheel or press Space. The wheel turns for about 4 to 7 seconds and slows to a stop; the result appears in big letters below it.
- Tick "Remove the winner" to keep drawing without repeats. Press "Full screen" for a projector or a screen recording: only the wheel and the result stay.
Is it fair?
The result is drawn with the browser's cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues) before the wheel starts, every slice with the same chance, and the wheel then turns to stop on that slice, never on a line between two. The spin is only a show: when you press does not change the result. To give an entry more chances, put it on several lines (and do not press "Remove duplicates").
To draw several people at once, use the random name picker; to split a whole class into groups, use the team generator.
Good to know
- The list is not kept: closing or reloading the page clears it, so press "Save list" first if you want it again.
- Up to 500 entries. Long names are shortened on the wheel and with several hundred slices the labels get too small to draw, but the announced result always shows the full name.
- Sounds are made in the browser. Some phones stay silent in silent mode, and browsers play nothing until you have pressed something on the page.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the wheel spins for about a second only.
Your list stays on your device
Everything runs in your browser. The names you type, paste or open are not sent to freesabai's servers or anyone else's and are not kept in the browser. The site only counts how many times this page was opened and how many results people got (without the list or the result; you can switch the counting off in the footer, see the privacy policy).

Questions and answers
How many names can the wheel hold?
Up to 500. Type one per line, paste a column from Excel or a chat, or open a .txt or .csv file. Long names are shortened on the wheel, but the announced result shows the full name.
Is the wheel really random?
The winner is drawn with the browser's cryptographic random generator before the wheel starts, then the wheel turns to stop on it. Every slice has the same chance; how or when you press does not matter.
Can I use it on a live stream or projector?
Yes. Full screen leaves only the wheel and a big result. Ticking sounds can be switched off, and the winner can be removed automatically for the next spin.
