Shopee, Lazada and TikTok fee and profit

Enter the price and the cost; the tool takes off the commission, the payment fee, the service fee and the fee per order, and says what the platform pays out, how much profit is left, and what price gives the profit you want. The default rates are the latest announced, but your shop's own are in the Seller Centre: type over them.

How to use it

  1. Pick the platform; the fee boxes fill with the latest announced rates. Open your Seller Centre, see what your category pays, and type over them (once; it holds for the whole page).
  2. Enter the price, the cost and the shipping (if the shop covers shipping, put it under "Shipping the shop pays"). You get the payout, the profit and every deduction line by line.
  3. In the second box, enter the profit you want in baht or percent; the tool works back to the selling price, rounded up to whole baht.

How it is worked out

The commission and the service fee are taken on the price of the goods; the payment fee on what the buyer pays, the price plus the shipping the buyer is charged; the fee per order is a fixed amount. Every rate includes VAT as the platforms publish them. Payout = price + buyer's shipping − all fees. Profit = payout − cost − shipping the shop pays. The price to set solves the same equation backwards, with TikTok's cap on the service fee taken into account.

Questions and answers

How are Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop fees worked out?

The commission is a share of the price; the 3.21% payment fee applies to the price plus the buyer's shipping; some platforms add a service fee and a fee per order. The tool adds them up and shows what you receive.

Why do the fee rates differ from my shop's?

Commission depends on the category and the shop type, and changes every few months. The presets are only a starting point: read your rates in the Seller Centre and type over any box.

What price gives the profit I want?

Enter the cost and the profit you want (baht or % of the price) in the second box. The tool works back to the price that leaves that much after the fees. Nothing is sent or kept.
