How to turn a PDF into pictures
- Choose a PDF file or drop it on the box.
- Pick JPG or PNG and the resolution. To get only some pages, tap their pictures.
- Press "Make the pictures". One page gives a picture, several come as a zip file.
Your files stay on your device
This tool opens the file from your device, draws the pages in your browser and saves the pictures back to your device. Nothing is uploaded and no file or file name is kept.
Good to know
- The browser draws the pages (with PDF.js), so colours or fonts of some files may differ a little from your PDF reader.
- A high resolution on a big page needs a lot of memory. If a page is too big for the browser to draw, it is made smaller automatically and you are told.
- Pictures have a white background like paper (JPG has no transparency).
- Files locked with a password need to be unlocked first.
