Convert PowerPoint to PDF
Turn a .pptx file into a PDF, a page per slide, with text, pictures, tables and basic shapes placed and coloured as the file says. The text can be selected and searched. It all happens in your browser.
This tool needs JavaScript. If you still see this after a few seconds, JavaScript is switched off in your browser or the page did not load completely: turn JavaScript on or reload the page.
How to convert PowerPoint to PDF
- Choose a .pptx file, or drop it on the box.
- Press "Convert to PDF".
- Open the PDF and check every slide before you pass it on.
Your files stay on your device
This tool opens the file from your device, draws the slides and builds the PDF in your browser, and saves it back to your device. Nothing is uploaded and no file is kept.
Good to know
- A plain redraw of the slides, not PowerPoint's own conversion. The tool reads text boxes, pictures (PNG/JPG), tables, basic shapes (rectangles, ellipses, lines), plain backgrounds and theme colours, and places them as the file says on a page the size of the slide. All fonts become Sarabun. Text that overflows its box is shrunk to fit.
- Not included: animations, transitions, effects, gradient or picture backgrounds, charts, SmartArt, video, audio, rotated shapes and table styles (tables get thin lines). If it has to look exactly like the original, use PowerPoint's own "Save as PDF".
- Only .pptx (PowerPoint 2007 or newer) can be read. Open an old .ppt file and save it as .pptx first. A file with a password cannot be read. Hidden slides are not converted.
- To go the other way, with pages that look exactly like the PDF, use PDF to PowerPoint.
