How to convert Word to PDF

- Open the PDF and check how it looks before you pass it on or print it.
Your files stay on your device
This tool opens the file from your device, lays it out and builds the PDF in your browser, and saves it back to your device. Nothing is uploaded and no file is kept.
Good to know
- It lays the document out again; it is not Word's own conversion. The tool reads headings, paragraphs, lists, tables and pictures (PNG/JPG) and places them on A4 pages (or the size the file asks for). All fonts become Sarabun. Italics, shading, special borders, columns, headers and footers, footnotes and text boxes do not come along, so pages break in different places than in Word. If it has to look exactly like the original, use Word's own "Save as PDF".
- The text in the PDF is real text: you can select, copy and search it. In some PDF readers the Thai vowel ำ may copy out as ํ plus า (it looks the same).
- Only .docx (Word 2007 or newer) can be read. Open an old .doc file and save it as .docx first. A file with a password cannot be read.
- A character the font does not have (such as an emoji or Chinese) is drawn as ?, and the tool tells you how many.
