How to use it
- Type the names one a line (or paste a column from Excel); each name gets its own certificate.
- Change the heading, the text, the date and the signers as "name | position", one a line, two at most. Pick a frame.
- Press "Print / Save as PDF". Chrome and Edge set landscape for you (in Safari choose landscape yourself). Turn off the browser's "Headers and footers" so no web address prints.
Good to know
- The frames are plain lines drawn on the page: no pictures, crests or logos. To add your school's logo, save as PDF and add it with another program, or print on paper that already has it.
- On screen the frame is a soft gold; print in colour or choose black and white in the print dialog. The text is always black; a very long name wraps to a second line.
- Each signer gets a dotted line to sign on, with the name and position under it.
- Nothing is saved: close the page and the names are gone. The same names make a class list.

Can I make certificates for a whole class at once?
Yes. Type the names one a line and each name gets a page of its own with the same text, date and signers. Up to 100 names at a time.
Can I add a school logo or crest?
Not on this page: the frames are plain lines and there are no pictures, crests or logos. Save as PDF and add a picture with another program, or print on paper that already has your logo.
How do I print in landscape?
Chrome and Edge set A4 landscape for you; in Safari choose landscape in the print dialog. Turn off the browser's headers and footers, and print in colour or black and white.
