How to use it

  1. Type one card a line: the front left of the equals sign, the back on the right (two columns pasted from Excel work too). Up to 80 cards.
  2. Two-sided: press "Print / Save as PDF", choose two-sided printing flipped on the long edge, A4 at 100%, then cut along the dashes. Every sheet is a page of fronts followed by its page of backs.
  3. One-sided printer: tick "Folded" for fronts on the left and backs on the right; cut along the dashes and fold along the dots. Or print the odd pages, put the paper back in and print the even pages.

Questions and answers

How do I make both sides line up?

Print two-sided, flipped on the long edge, at 100%. The back page is already mirrored left to right, so each back lands behind its front. Print one sheet and hold it to the light first.

My printer prints one side only. What then?

Tick Folded: fronts on the left, backs on the right; cut along the dashes and fold along the dots. Or print the odd pages, put the paper back in and print the even pages.

How big are the cards?

90 × 64 mm, 8 to an A4 page (4 when folded). Short words print big and sentences smaller. Up to 80 cards.
