Printable graph paper and lined paper

Print the blank paper you need: graph squares, a dot grid, ruled lines, handwriting rows with 3 lines or the Thai 4-line kind, and isometric triangles. Pick the size in millimetres and how dark the lines are, with or without the heading. The squares are real millimetres on A4 paper.

How to use it

  1. Pick the kind of paper, the square size or line spacing in millimetres, and how dark the lines are (light to write over, dark for photocopying). The paper appears on the right at once.
  2. Tick "Full page" to leave out the title and the name and date line; the paper then fills the printable page.
  3. Press "Print / Save as PDF". In the print dialog choose A4, keep the default margins and set the scale to 100% (not "fit to page"), or the squares will not be real millimetres. Measure the first square with a ruler before printing a stack.

Questions and answers

Are the squares real millimetres?

Yes, when printed on A4 at 100% scale (not fit to page). The paper is drawn in millimetres from a width of 180 mm (A4 less 15 mm margins). Measure the first square with a ruler before printing a stack.

Which kinds of paper are there?

Graph squares, a dot grid, lined paper with a margin line, handwriting rows with 3 lines, Thai handwriting rows with 4 lines (one above for the upper vowels) and isometric paper. Sizes 5 to 20 mm, three darknesses.

Can I print a full page without the heading?

Yes. Tick Full page and the title and the name and date line go; the paper then fills the printable page, for example 18 × 26 squares of 10 mm. This page has no key and nothing random.
