How to use it
- Paste the names one a line (a column copied from Excel or your school system works).
- Choose the number of tick columns, blank or numbered headings, the order and the paper (landscape for more than 20 columns).
- Press "Print / Save as PDF". A long list runs onto the next page with the table heading repeated.
Good to know
- A to Z sorts English names ignoring case; Thai names sort the dictionary way and come before English ones. A name longer than its column is cut with "…"; landscape gives the names more room.
- Numbered headings work as the days 1 to 31 of a month for a register.
- Nothing is saved: close the page and the names are gone, so keep them in a file of your own. The same names make certificates, or pair the list with a monthly calendar.

Questions and answers
How are the names sorted?
A to Z ignoring capitals; Thai names sort the dictionary way and come before English ones. Sorting goes by the first word, so put names as you want them ordered (surname first, for example).
Can I use it as a daily register?
Yes. Set 31 tick columns headed 1 to 31 and choose landscape paper; the columns are wide enough to tick or write a letter for present, absent or late.
What if the class does not fit on one page?
The table runs onto the next page with its heading repeated. Up to 80 names; portrait paper fits about 32 a page.
